Refund Policy
Refunds (Store Credit & Reshipment Only)
Petratide Science does not issue monetary refunds. All sales are final. If an issue is approved, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will resolve it through a reshipment of the affected product or store credit equal to the full value of the affected item. Store credit cannot be converted to cash and does not expire. Petratide Science reserves the right to approve or deny any claim at our sole discretion.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at info@petratidescience.com within 24–48 hours if any item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit. Photo documentation of the damaged item and packaging is required to submit a claim. We will review the issue promptly and, if approved, resolve it through reshipment or store credit only.
