Petratide Science LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Petratide Science LLC is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

We do not compound, manufacture, or dispense drugs for human or veterinary use.

Additionally:

All products sold by Petratide Science LLC are for laboratory research use only.

Products are NOT intended for:

• Human consumption, injection, inhalation, or application

• Use in food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary applications

• Diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease

• Any clinical, medical, household, or commercial application

Misuse of products is strictly prohibited.

4. Chemical / Biological Hazard Notice

Our products may pose chemical, biological, or physical hazards. You agree to:

Handle all materials exclusively in controlled laboratory environments.

Use proper PPE and follow appropriate safety protocols.

5. FDA Disclaimer

6. Purchaser Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that Petratide Science LLC does not compound pharmaceuticals under 503A or 503B.

7. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive all claims against Petratide Science LLC, its owners, employees, suppliers, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage arising from:

8. Indemnification Agreement

• Any allegation of improper compounding or pharmaceutical use related to 503A/503B

9. Requirements for Using the Store

11. Termination of Contract

15. Affiliate program terms

By applying to or participating in the Petratide Science LLC Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”), you agree to the following terms in addition to all other Terms & Conditions on this Site:

15.1 Commission Structure
• Affiliates earn 5% commission on every completed order placed using their unique affiliate code.
• Customers who use an Affiliate’s code receive 10% off their total order.
• Commissions may be redeemed once the Affiliate’s balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD.
• Affiliates may choose payout in cash or store credit, at their discretion.

15.2 Payment & Eligibility
• Commission balances will be calculated based on successfully processed orders only (excluding cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders).
• Payout requests may be made at any time once the minimum $100 threshold is met.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

15.3 Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates agree to the following promotional requirements:
• A minimum of 2 promotional content pieces per week featuring or referencing products or brand.
• Content must comply with platform guidelines and may not depict misuse, consumption, or unsafe handling of research chemicals.
• Affiliates may not use their own code on their own orders under any circumstances.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in:
• Temporary suspension of the Affiliate’s code
• Permanent deactivation of the Affiliate’s code
• Forfeiture of pending commissions (in cases of fraud or misuse)

15.4 Code Misuse & Fraud
We reserve the right to revoke affiliate privileges if:
• An Affiliate attempts to apply their own code to personal purchases
• Fraudulent or artificial traffic is generated
• Misleading, unsafe, or inappropriate promotional content is posted
• Terms of this Affiliate Program or Site Terms are violated

All decisions regarding code deactivation or commission cancellation are made at our sole discretion.

15.5 Relationship Disclaimer
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employer–employee relationship, agency partnership, joint venture, or franchise. Affiliates operate as independent promoters.

15.6 Modifications to Affiliate Terms
Petratide Science LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program and its terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15.7 Affiliate Leaderboard Disclosure & Consent
By participating in the Petratide Science LLC Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree that your first and last name, along with affiliate performance information such as orders per month, may be publicly displayed on the Petratide Science LLC Affiliate leaderboard or related promotional materials.

Participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes explicit consent to the public display of this information for purposes including, but not limited to, transparency, community engagement, rankings, and performance recognition.

Affiliates who do not agree to this disclosure must not apply to or participate in the Affiliate Program. Petratide Science LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Affiliate accounts for non-compliance with this requirement.

15.8 Affiliate Communications Consent
By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you consent to receive necessary affiliate-related communications from Petratide Science LLC. These communications may include, but are not limited to, affiliate news, tips, updates, program changes, and event notifications.

These communications are not sent on a fixed schedule and may vary depending on program activity. We aim to keep all communications relevant and limited in frequency, and we do not send spam.

16. Return Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products under any circumstances.

17. Guaranteed Delivery

To ensure your order arrives safely, a small shipping protection fee is added at checkout. This protection covers your package against loss, damage, or delivery issues during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us immediately at info@petratidescience.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and promptly arrange a replacement or resolution.

We are committed to making sure your research materials arrive safely and securely.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Petratide Science LLC regarding your access to and use of the Site, including all purchases made through the Site. These Terms supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. No Waiver
